Cold pressing juice is a unique process that does not grind or macerate produce.  Instead, by removing heat, we avoid oxidizing the fruit and vegetables, thereby keeping the essential nutrients and enzymes intact.  The result of that cold press is a nutritionally dynamic, living juice that is sensational to taste and loaded with enzymes, vitamins, trace minerals, and other vital elements that are essential to achieving optimum functionality in the body and brain.

WHAT IS COLD PRESSED JUICE?

Hello Eats follows The Dietary Guidelines for Americans (Dietary Guidelines), which provides advice on what to eat and drink to meet nutrient needs, promote health, and prevent disease. It is developed and written for a professional audience, including policymakers, healthcare providers, nutrition educators, and federal nutrition program operators. The U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Agriculture (USDA) work together to update and release the Dietary Guidelines every five years. Each edition of the Dietary Guidelines reflects the current body of nutrition science. 

WHERE DOES HELLO EATS NUTRITION GUIDELINES COME FROM?

Each item is different. About 90 % of our items are gluten-free. You can check the packaging for further information. We are extremely cautious when preparing and packaging the food, sanitizing all tools and surfaces thoroughly between the preparation of items containing major allergens. However, if you have an extreme allergy, please note that our facility is exposed to all seven major allergens.

DOES HELLO EATS OFFER GLUTEN-FREE, DAITY-FREE, OR NUT-FREE OPTIONS?

The Hello Eats delivery service is available in the following zip codes: 63110, 63139, 63109, 63119, 63123, 63122, 63126, 63127, 63088, 63131, 63124, 63144, 63117, 63143, 63105, 63026, 63101, 63103, and 63104. You can place your order weekly and receive FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50!

WHERE IS HELLO EATS  DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

We ask that all delivery orders be placed by Thursday at 8 pm. We will pack up your orders and have them delivered fresh to your doorstep by Sunday afternoon. Upon receiving your order, we advise all products to be consumed within a 7-day time frame.

WHAT IS THE TIME WINDOW FOR HELLO EATS DELIVERY?

We craft each order fresh with our team in our local commissary kitchen. With an emphasis on fresh, nourishing ingredients, each item is prepared with intentionality and care.

WHERE IS HELLO EATS PREPARED?

We are constantly working on new ways to improve and enhance our menu. We aim to introduce new items seasonally. Be sure to check in to see the exciting items we have coming soon.

HOW OFTEN ARE NEW MENU ITEMS RELEASED?

No, once the order has been submitted, you may not make any substitutions.

CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We recommend that you refrigerate all products as soon as possible.

HOW LONG CAN MY ORDER SIT OUT BEFORE IT NEEDS REFRIGERATION?
